Cream cheese tortilla roll-ups are made with burrito-size flour tortillas, then filled with a creamy cream cheese mixture, rolled up like a burrito, wrapped with plastic wrap, refrigerated, and cut into
one-inch pieces.

Tortillas: La Banderita Flour Tortilla, Extra-large. Any large-size tortillas are ideal. Cream cheese mixture Cream cheese: Philadelphia cream cheese Sour cream: Daisy's pure and natural sour cream Shredded cheese: mixed shredded cheese or any type of
shredded cheese Green onion: fresh green onion Olives: pitted olives, sliced black olives, and sliced green olives Bell pepper: fresh red bell pepper; alternative green or yellow
bell pepper Salt: garlic salt; alternative: plain salt
Ingredients
5 tortillas
1 cup cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheese
¾ cup green onion
½ cup black olives
½ cup green olives
½ bell pepper
¼ teaspoon garlic salt
Instructions
Cut ingredients. Cut the bell pepper and green onion into small pieces.
Cream cheese mixture. In a bowl, add the cream cheese. Then add the sour cream.Blend with an electric hand mixer. Then add to the bowl: the shredded cheese, bell pepper pieces, green onion pieces, black olives, green olives, and garlic salt. Blend the ingredients with an electric mixer until creamy
and smooth.
Tortillas. Lay out the tortillas. With a spatula, spread the cream cheese mixture on it. Roll up the tortillas tightly, then wrap the tortillas with plastic
wrap. Repeat with each tortilla. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Once refrigerated, remove the plastic wrap and cut it into
1-inch pieces. Served on the desired dish.
