Stuffed eggs on banana leaves is a creative and unique
twist to the traditional stuffed egg recipe. The banana leaves add a creative
touch to these flavorful eggs. A simple and appetizing stuffed egg recipe.
The stuffed eggs on banana leaves are boiled eggs cut
in half, filled with egg yolk mixture, and then placed on fresh banana leaves. For the banana’s leaves, I used fresh banana leaves from my garden. If banana leaves are unavailable, local Asian supermarkets may
have the leaves, or you can substitute for another fruit or vegetable leaf.
