Baked Atlantic Salmon with Lime, Lemon, & Sweet Peppers

Atlantic salmon is a tasty fish option for a meal. This preseason salmon is a great time saver for a quick and healthy lunch or dinner meal. This salmon is moist and very flavorful.

The Atlantic salmon for this simple recipe is preseason Atlantic salmon whole portions purchased from the supermarket. Olive oil, lemon, lime, and sweet chili peppers are added ingredients to this preseason Atlantic salmon. For this simple salmon recipe, I baked two salmons. One salmon portion with lime and orange sweet peppers. The other salmon portion was baked with lemon slices and red sweet peppers.
