Cucumbers: mini cucumbers; alternative: English cucumber
Pineapple: frozen pineapple chunks; alternative: fresh pineapple or canned pineapple
Lime: fresh lime; alternative: lime juice (lime is optional as this adds a tangy taste to the smoothie).
Water: filtered water

Ingredients

  • 4 mini cucumbers
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • ½ lime (juice of the lime)
  • 1⁄3 cup filtered water

Instructions

Peel & cut. Peel and cut the cucumbers into pieces.

Lime. Squeeze the lime for the juice.
